  I rushed to the store when my printer ran out of ink and needed copies for tomorrow morning. I arrived there at 12:00 am , which was when they closed. I understood that I was technically "late" and the door was already locked, but I waved to catch the attention of an employee in hopes to make a quick purchase anyways. I was able to speak to an unpleasant woman, which responded to me by saying verbadum " I'm already clocked out and wouldn't be getting payed to ring you up." I was just shocked of the low level of customer service it required to make a comment like that. If you didn't want to grant me service, one could've just said you need to be here before close and not right at close, but not that you're situation isn't important enough because I'm not on the clock. I understand wanting to go home, as I am in customer service, but no need for negative body language and/or negative comments.
